Worldview Leadership Course (WLC)

Do you desire to cultivate your skills and your confidence to be successful in champion young people? If you have completed the Christian Thinking Course through the U of N, then this leadership course is strongly recommended for your leadership growth!

Many become discouraged with doubts of whether they are truly called into leadership, thinking that they are “too young”, “inexperienced”, not the “leadership type”, or lacking in skills of public speaking and organization. You are not alone thinking such things; Moses and Jeremiah were challenged with such thoughts as well! But God had called them to lead nations, just as He may be nudging you to prepare yourself for a position to lead others more effectively.

The training we offer will include the following:

  • Leading small groups, intercession and group discussions
  • Practical application in leading others

Each leader participating in this course will regularly meet with their assigned mentor so they can receive feedback and evaluation in their progress and development. The assignments will include reading and reporting on books that cover basic leadership issues.

We have designed this course to run parallel with the School of Biblical Christian Worldview (SBCW), providing you with students to lead and disciple during your course. Students will have the option to go on an 8 week outreach after their school ends; there is potential for you to also have an opportunity to lead a great team of individuals into the nations to do God’s work.

We would like to walk with you through this process of growth and help you to come to the awareness of what God wants to do in and through your life. We warmly welcome you to join our school while you consider this opportunity.
