Track Discipleship Training School (DTS)
The Discipleship Training School offers you the opportunity to deepen your relationship with God, to discover your calling, to develop your personality and gain experiences in missions with others in an international setting.
Choose one of the two tracks and dive deeper into the respective topic. In addition to the regular classes with all DTS students (Prayer&Passion track AND Marriage track together) you will learn more about the chosen track topic (Prayer&Passion track OR Marriage track) with like-minded people in small groups.
Prayer & Passion Track
Being deeply rooted, reaching high and making a far-reaching difference. This is what we strive for and focus on the following topics:
Prayer
Do you long for life-giving times with God in prayer? Do you want to go deeper in communion with God but don't know how?
Get to know different forms and types of prayer and deepen your relationship with God.
Passion
What brings you joy? Could you make a difference in this world with your passion? What does God say about it?
Discover what your heart beats for and how you can use this passion for God and your fellow human beings.
Marriage Track
Are you a married couple without children and want to invest in your relationship with God AND each other?
Then this DTS is for you!
Attend the Marriage-Track and receive helpful input on topics related to marriage.

The lecture phase
The three-month lecture phase is mostly about getting better acquainted with God and listening to Him. The first part of the DTS contains lecture, personal and joint times with God, practical work, coaching, fun, and communal living here in Wiler, Switzerland.
Experienced national and international speakers will teach on subjects like:
- Hearing God’s Voice
- Devotion & Relationship with God
- Worship, Intercession & Spiritual Warfare
- The Life and Ministry of Jesus Christ
- The Character of God
- The Bible / Bible Study
- The Holy Spirit
- Relationships & Discipleship
- Evangelism and Mission
- The Kingdom of God
- Biblical Christian Worldview
Depending on the chosen track, we also regularly deal with aspects of "Prayer and Passion" or "Marriage".
The outreach
After the lecture phase is a three month outreach where you will gain cross-cultural experiences. During this time, you will share God's love in word and deeds, expand your boundaries, grow in team-work, broaden your mind, serve God with your giftings, apply what you have learned… for instance, in a slum in India, among Roma children in Albania, in churches in Malawi, among refugees in Italy, in the bush of Madagascar, or…

Application and further Information
University of the Nations
The DTS is accredited with the University of the Nations (UofN). A successfully completed DTS (DSP 211 / DSP 212 ) is a prerequisite to all other UofN training schools, degree programs and to work long term with YWAM as well.

Insurance
The government requires that each of our students have medical health insurance as well as accident and liability insurance which are valid in Switzerland for the duration of their stay. Further information about those mandatory insurances you find here.

The Couples DTS is adapted to the needs and the phase of life of married couples. We want to invest in the foundation of marriage and deepen the relationship with each other and with God. We want to discover the unique identity, gifts and callings both as individuals and as a couple.

The 50plus DTS is intended for people at a mature age, who love God,
and are longing for change and new challenges. The school gives you essential impetus to shape your further future with hope and perspective.
